Claw pump
The claw pump is an electrical vacuum generator that operates with two counter-rotating, claw-shaped rotors. These displace air without contact, enabling completely dry operation without the need for lubricants. This makes electric claw pumps particularly efficient and low-maintenance.
In wood processing, the claw pump is used in the gantry transfer of wooden beams and in automated processes in sawmills and joineries, for example when removing boards. It is also used in the packaging industry, for example when handling cardboards in the carton erector. Thanks to its stable and uniform vacuum, the claw pump is suitable for a wide range of applications in industrial automation.
