Vacuum Lifter Sacks / Bagged goods

Choose between different vacuum lifters for handling sacks and bagged goods depending on the application. The five different categories of vacuum tube lifter Jumbo have distinct application features:

• The vacuum tube lifter JumboFlex moves lighter goods up to 50 kg ergonomically and at high cycle rates with one-finger control.

• With the two vacuum tube lifters JumboSprint and JumboSprint Ex, compact workpieces can be moved easily thanks to the rotating operator handle. The JumboSprint Ex type is used in potentially explosive atmospheres. The JumboSprint and JumboSprint Ex series move workpieces weighing up to 300 kg.

• With the vacuum tube lifter JumboFlex High-Stack, sacks and bagged goods can be ergonomically handled up to a stack height of 255 cm and a workpiece weight of 50 kg

• The vacuum tube lifter Jumbo Low-Stack can be operated safely with its twist grip and is ideal for picking up sacks from low heights or reaching deep into transport containers. The maximum lift capacity of the sacks or bagged goods must not exceed 80 kg.

The Schmalz vacuum lifters for handling sacks are supplemented by crane systems. The responsive aluminum crane systems and jib cranes have been adapted to the lift capacities of the vacuum lifters.
