The intelligent lifting aid for workpieces up to 300 kg
Our control handle incorporates all our know-how for the optimum connection between efficiency and ergonomics. In combination with our lifting arms, we manufacture lifting devices for 50, 100, 200 and 300 kg. The lifting arms can be mounted on a column on the floor or on a steel structure on the ceiling. The movement of the control handle is moved by means of the patented handle. Only a small initial force is required for the up/down movement. As soon as the user releases the handle, the up/down movement is stopped immediately.
The unique mechanical, electrical and pneumatic rotary feed-through, which is integrated into the system, allows easy operation and minimizes maintenance.
Easy operation both on the control unit and directly on the workpiece (= Auto Balance Mode) regardless of the weight.
A high level of safety is achieved by our intelligent control system.
With the free iLab PC program, various parameters can be conveniently set and optimally adapted to the application.
Maximum cost efficiency due to very low power consumption, high reliability and long service life.
Design
Design
- (1) Flange for column mounting / flange for ceiling mounting
- (2) Swiveling articulated arm made of ultra high strength steel (UHSS), swiveling range 360°. A special braided steel cable with a breaking strength of 1,500 kg is laid on top.
- (3) The hoist motor is a continuously controlled asynchronous motor
- (4) The rotary feed-through ensures continuous rotation and passes the various media (electricity and air) to the control unit.
- (5) Control unit selectable for mechanical, magnetic, vacuum and pneumatic grippers with automatic energy saving mode
- (6) The control handle is available in three different lengths and has an automatic energy-saving mode.

Gripper for round bars
Pneumatic gripper for handling round bars up to a weight of 45 kg (depending on the shape and gripping position). The integrated inductive sensor prevents incorrectly gripped workpieces from being lifted.
Vacuum gripper
Versatile gripper as the foam adapts to the shape of the workpiece.
Vacuum gripper with suction plates
Tiltable vacuum gripper with suction plates for handling flat and suction-tight workpieces.
Magnetic gripper
Pneumatic magnetic gripper for handling ferromagnetic workpieces with a payload of up to 110 kg.
Magnetic gripper
Pneumatic magnetic gripper for handling ferromagnetic workpieces with a payload of up to 275 kg. The gripper can be tilted in two directions.
Scissor grabs
Adjustable mechanical gripper for handling workpieces with different dimensions. The gripper can be quickly and easily adapted to the workpiece to be handled.

Control handle for mechanical grippers
For mechanical load handling attachments.
Control handle with 5/2-way valve
Can be used in combination with a pneumatically controlled gripper. An electronically controlled gripping function allows release only when the load is completely set down.

Suitable for pneumatic or mechanical grippers.
