Vacuum Tube Lifter JumboErgo for Commissioning of Cardboard Boxes in the Chemical Industry

In the packaging sector a large amount of cardboard boxes have to be moved from a conveyor belt to paletts. This process was done manually by one person and required heavy, physical work for the employees. This burden and the acceleration of the production process triggered the acquisition of a vacuum lifter from Schmalz.

The vacuum tube lifter JumboErgo is equipped with a double suction cup. This suction cup enables to lift different cardboard boxes effortlessly. The tube lifter is offered with a flexible operator handle. Simplest operating is guaranteed due to the ergonomic operator handle. The operator handle ensures effortless working and ergonomic handling of loads in every height. This vacuum solution is topped off with a column-mounted slewing crane SK from Schmalz. This crane is designed for loads up to 65 kg and extremely smooth-running due to its aluminum construction.
