Order picking of mixed workpiece layers using robots or gantries
The modular SPZ-MC layer gripper with three different gripping principles and a height-adjustable suction box can grip almost any workpiece layer. The layer gripper is primarily used in the food industry for picking different workpiece layers.
Choice of three gripping principles: Mechanical clamping, global vacuum and suction carpet
Handling of product layers with a layer weight of up to 250 kg
Height-adjustable suction plate for handling workpiece layers with a height of up to 500 mm
Gripping of workpiece layers with a height of at least 45 mm
Use in deep-freeze environments down to -30°C
