Smart Hoist

The smart hoist works on the principle of load relief: the load is lifted via a rope that is wound on a drum driven by an electric motor. By winding and unwinding the rope in a controlled manner, the device supports the lifting and lowering of the load and ensures a smooth, guided movement. The control system continuously detects the hand movements made by the operator and converts them directly into precise lifting and lowering strokes.

Depending on the application, the smart hoist is equipped with suitable load handling attachments, such as grippers or hook systems. Optional coupling systems enable the individual tools to be changed quickly and without tools, so that the system can be optimally adapted to changing tasks.

The modernly equipped NEO 30 smart hoist from Binar Handling is available as a battery-powered variant. Binar Handling's Quick-Lift systems are equipped with an electrical drive and intelligent control electronics. The system can be operated intuitively thanks to the sensor-based detection of the manual force applied to the control handle: The worker determines the lifting direction and speed with minimal hand movements. The lifting speed adapts to the movement of the hand and enables precise and gentle positioning of the load.

In conveyor technology and material handling, smart hoists enable bulky loads to be moved quickly. In order picking, production and on production lines, they reduce physical strain and significantly increase efficiency.
