Since 1994, quality management has been regularly certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001. This also includes using innovative technologies to create the best possible conditions for first-class work by employees.
The company uses the latest CAQ (computer-aided quality) software to ensure that it is always informed about the current quality situation in the company. This makes it possible to react immediately to changes. Advanced measuring methods also create the conditions for meeting the highest product quality requirements.
Another component of quality assurance is the close co-operation with the company's suppliers. On the basis of safe partnerships, Schmalz is committed to continuously developing the conditions at its suppliers' premises in line with our shared quality standards.
Warranty
It goes without saying that we have the highest quality standards for our products and ensure that all our products are in perfect condition and fully functional. If defects do occur, we will of course ensure that they are rectified quickly.
