Vacuum clamping system Multi-Clamp for flexible handling of different workpieces

Workpieces which are to be processed manually have to be clamped using a vacuum to prevent damage or indentations on the workpiece. Moreover, the workpiece has to be processed on all sides.

With the vacuum clamping system Multi-Clamp, workpieces can be clamped and manually processed. It consists of a Multi-Clamp suction plate as well as the rotation and swivelling unit Multi-Base. The functional mounting on almost every surface by vacuum or mechanically with a screw, enables the application in the plant as well as on sites. The flexible sealing cord allows the construction of individual clamping surfaces. Therewith the suction plate becomes the ideal clamping system for small to medium sized workpieces. The application video shows the simple exchange of the suction plate. On this suction plate the workpiece is clamped by vacuum afterwards. Therewith a slippage during the process is avoided. Due to the rotation and swivelling unit, the assembly process can be done ergonomically.
