Parallel to the purchase of a CNC machining center, in which sheet metal parts can be cut using laser technology, the logistical transport also needed to be organized. The customer required a lifting device that was easy to operate and that ensured the necessary speed.

The optimum solution was found with the vacuum lifting device VacuMaster Comfort. In this case, the lifting aid is designed for loads weighing up to 500 kg and medium-sized metal sheets with thicknesses of 0.8 to 25 mm. It has six suction plates that can be adapted to the specific size of the respective workpiece. Due to the use of state-of-the-art engineering plastic, the crossbeam and the suction cups can be moved easily and without scratching the sheet metal. The lifting device VacuMaster Comfort allows the work to be performed safely and ergonomically. Only one person is required for operation, who can control the device ergonomically by the push of a button.
