Vacuum Lifting Device VacuMaster Basic for Ergonomic Loading of a Laser Machining Center

For the processing, various metall sheets have to be placed on the machine. Since the metal sheets are very heavy and cumbersome, several employees are necessary for moving. To make the working process more efficient and ergonomic, a solution needed to be found. This was done by a vacuum lifting device from Schmalz.

The vacuum lifting device VacuMaster Basic from Schmalz is designed for loads of up to 500 kg. The feature of the lifting device to simply move the crossbeam, enables individual adjustment to every workpiece format. For adjusting to every workpiece structure and surface, several, different suction cups are available. The column-mounted slewing crane SK from Schmalz offers high flexibility, enables to fulfill the working process by only one employee and completes the handling system due to the load up to 650 kg.
