Vacuum Lifting Device VacuMaster Light Is a Flexible Lifting Aid for Square Tubes

During the pre-assembly stage of agricultural machine production, square tubes made of steel must be moved from a pallet towards an assembly station. This requires a flexible vacuum lifting device that is simple to install and which can be used right away at several stations.

The vacuum lifting device VacuMaster Light allows quick startup through simple installation on the crane. The only thing needed for startup is compressed air. In order to move the square tubes quickly and easily, the lifting device is equipped with an SPU suction plate with a diameter of 250 mm. This ensures that the work can be performed easily and ergonomically up to a load of 100 kg; the square tubes shown here weigh between 25 and 40 kg.
