For fast picking of workpieces up to 50 kg, such as ammunition boxes and electronic modules, the vacuum tube lifter JumboFlex ensures high throughput and ergonomic operation. It can be used either as a stationary solution with a suitable crane system or flexibly as a mobile unit, ideal for warehouses and assembly environments.
 
When millimeter-precise positioning is required, the Smart Hoist Neo 30 perfectly complements the portfolio: its sensor-based control converts even the slightest manual force into precise lifting movements, while battery operation enables maximum mobility.

Safe heavy-duty handling up to 2,000 kilograms

For the safe and ergonomic handling of heavy defense components up to 2,000 kg including wooden pendulum packaging, armored steel plates, weapon system components, sheet metal panels, pipes, or plastic workpieces, vacuum lifting devices from the VacuMaster series are available in various configurations. They can be combined with column, wall, overhead or gantry cranes enabling powerful yet controlled handling of large loads.
 
For tasks that require precise, sensor-controlled movement of heavy components, Binar Handling Quick-Lift systems offer an additional option: they allow sensitive and accurate positioning of loads weighing up to 600 kg, 
for example in the assembly of engine components or structural parts.

Vacuum layer gripping systems automate the safe handling of heavy cardboard boxes and ammunition crates – layer by layer or individually. The system automatically detects positions, lifts layers of goods precisely and positions them on pallets without damaging the load. The automated process runs continuously: the layer gripping systems adapt flexibly to different workpiece sizes and weights and enable efficient palletizing and depalletizing processes without retooling. Centralized or decentralized vacuum generation guarantees uninterrupted processes.
