During the manufacturing process, a cutting machine must be loaded with sheet metal. Because they are both extremely large and thin, the sheets are often unstable. The VacuMaster Eco 250 is specially designed for energy-efficient handling processes. It can lift loads of up to 250 kg with ease. The required vacuum is supplied by a piston-cylinder system. When the chain hoist is lifted the piston is moved, which creates the necessary vacuum in the vacuum system. Six suction plates ensure that the sheets are held securely and prevent them from bending too far. The ergonomically designed operator handle makes handling especially efficient and easy on the operator. Safety is ensured by a large vacuum reservoir as well as a battery-operated warning device that warns when vacuum levels are too low.
