Vacuum Lifting Device VacuMaster Window Comfort for Easy Lifting of Glass Panes

Sensitive glass panes are inserted in window frames as well as whole windows are transported in the production process. The company decided on the vacuum lifting device VacuMaster Window Comfort of Schmalz in order to optimize the production stage. This led to ease of work for employees being unburdened and thereby reaching a higher performance – since the employee is able to transport and safely insert glass panes alone and much faster.

The vacuum lifting device VacuMaster Window Comfort makes it easy to handle glass panes and windows with a maximum load of 300 kg. The workpieces can be electrically rotated by 90° to the right, allowing glass panes to be set in window frames effortlessly. In addition to the features of the basic version, VacuMaster Window Basic, the Comfort model features a high-end control unit, a solenoid valve with two-hand-vacuum-shutdown and a controlled vacuum generator. The vacuum lifting device is operated by just one employee. The handling system is combined with an SRA aluminum crane system, providing a large working area measuring 25,500 mm x 5,500 mm (length x width).
